You're absolutely right, pandemic brought a lot of challenges and pushed us into this new world where remote/hybrid work is being encouraged. One thing that will not change for any company is that whatever we do, we do it as a collection of humans driven by a purpose.
When that is broken, quality will work will directly go down, burnouts will increase and team work will go down the drain.
